Janet Prince, Spiritual Leader
As Unity of Kanawha Valley’s Spiritual Leader, Janet organizes and oversees all aspects of the Sunday Service, including volunteers, musicians, and speakers. She collaborates with the board and volunteers to create and promote a multitude of classes, workshops, trainings, retreats, and fun social activities. Janet plays an important role in congregation meetings, connecting with prospective new members and working with the Board of Trustees to implement Unity’s vision and mission. Janet is currently in her second year of studies with Unity Urban Ministries School with the goal of becoming a Unity Minister. She is also serving as head of the Prayer Chaplain Team.
Kristi Roderick, Administrative Assistant
Kristi is often the first point of contact through our church office, which is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kristi answers the phones, responds to emails, pays the bills, and joyfully juggles a myriad of administrative duties for our busy church. She serves as assistant to the ministry coordinator, the treasurer, and the board president. As busy as she is, she’s always quick with a smile and happy to help.
Rev. Sharon Mullins, M.A.
Trained at One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City and a licensed wedding officiant in West Virginia, Rev. Sharon can help you plan a wedding ceremony, funeral service, or create a blessing ceremony for a new baby. She currently serves Unity of Kanawha Valley as a Prayer Chaplain.
