According to our bylaws, current members of Unity of Kanawha Valley must confirm their desire to remain members each year. Members of UKV may vote at the Annual Membership Meeting, serve on the Board of Trustees, use the church for private events, and receive monthly prayer calls. Please complete this form if you wish to REMAIN a member. If you are not currently a member, complete and submit a Membership Application Form.
